Bidders must submit a firm, VAT-inclusive price valid for 120 days from the closing date, quoted in Rand with no exchange-rate liability to MTF, and must provide a rate per km for additional trips.
Compulsory returnable documents include completed SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD8 and SBD9 forms, an original valid tax clearance PIN certificate, proof of CSD registration, a valid COIDA certificate, and an original or certified copy of a B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs).
Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope with a signed covering letter to the tender box at 138 Lillian Ngoyi Street, Newtown, by 12:00 on 14 September 2026; no fax or email submissions are accepted, and late bids are disqualified.
