Pricing Schedule:

Prices quoted must be firm and inclusive of VAT. Prices valid for at least 60 days from the closing date of the RFQ. Payment terms: 30 days from date of receipt of invoice. For any advance payments, a payment guarantee approved by iThemba Labs Finance will be accepted. If the bidder's payment terms are shorter, a Payment Guarantee may be required to mitigate risks. Shorter payment terms of 7/14 days from delivery date may be mutually agreed at the time of submitting the pricing proposal. Currency: ZAR.

CSD registration is compulsory; bids from unregistered bidders are not considered. Provide a CSD Summary Report. Tax compliance status is verified via CSD or tax compliance status PIN.
