Artscape requires a training service provider to facilitate and manage on-site Fire Fighting & Emergency Evacuation training (refresher) for Artscape employees at Artscape's premises.

Participants:

• Front of House: 27 participants.
• General Staff including Maintenance: 14 participants.

Provider requirements:

• Must be registered with a SETA (QCTO/SETA registration required) or the Department of Employment & Labour.
• Training must be outcomes-based, NQF-aligned and credit-bearing.
• Must be flexible regarding training days and learner availability, including weekends; if not all learners can attend on the scheduled days, the provider must allow them to join other public groups.
• Must submit course details: course overview, target audience, course outline, and benefits of completing the course.
• Must provide learning material to participants.
• Must give Artscape a training feedback report from all learners, with attendance registers.
• On successful completion, learners must be awarded a credit-bearing certificate and/or Trade Test certificates of compliance.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide their CSD number and 36-digit security code.
