The service includes washing of vehicles and construction equipment. The tenderer must provide a cleaner with a valid C1 driver's licence to move vehicles in and out of the wash bay. The tenderer must have or lease car wash equipment: 2 pressure washers and 2 vacuum cleaners. Proof of ownership (letter of intent to buy or receipts) or lease (letter of intent to lease) is required.

Payment terms: For contracts valued below R50,000,000 (including VAT), Eskom commits to paying suppliers within 30 days of receipt of undisputed invoices.
