• Contract Manager education (5 points): B-Degree/Diploma/Honours/Masters (5), other education (3).
• Contract Manager professional registration (10 points): Pr Eng or Pr CM with Honours/Masters (10), Pr Eng or Pr CM with B-Degree (8), Pr Tech Eng or Pr CM with Nat Dpl (5), no professional registration (3).
• Contract Manager experience (25 points): >=5 years relevant composite liner landfill construction (25), >=5 years (20), >=3 years (15), <3 years (10).
• Site Agent education (5 points): Highest tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (5), other education (3).
