How will bids be evaluated?

Evaluation split: 80/20 Preference Point system — maximum 80 points for price, 20 points for Specific Goals. After price and preference scoring, an arithmetic check and risk assessment are conducted for responsive tenderers. The Mvula Trust does not bind itself to accepting the lowest tender. Risk assessment (minimum 14 points required to be considered for award; bidders scoring below 14 will not be considered): - A.
