No specific contractual terms beyond the standard conditions are stated. The successful bidder will be required to sign a written contract form (SBD 7).

The bidder must declare that the pricing supplied is firm, inclusive of all delivery costs to the target site, and fully compliant with the technical specifications. The bidder must confirm active CSD registration and SARS Tax Compliance Status.

Mandatory requirements:

Evaluation is based on an 80/20 price/specific goals allocation: 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. Specific goals points are awarded per the table in the B-BBEE section.
