Submit the following returnable documents: 1) Signed Lease Agreement (Annexure B). 2) Completed Schedule 1 with: full physical address and building description of leased premises, Erf number, commencement and expiry dates. 3) Rental payment details: landlord’s bank account name, number, institution, branch, branch code, account type, reference number (if applicable), and VAT registration number. 4) Financial terms: annual escalation rate (compounded), basic rental breakdown per m² for office space, parking bays, and other charges (with VAT at 15%), and total monthly payable for each of the 5 years. 5) Separate letter detailing any additional charges. 6) Three contactable references (name, phone/email, company if applicable). 7) Domicilium citandi et executandi for landlord (physical/postal address, phone, fax, email, cell, alternative contact).

Submit proposals by 11h00 on 30 June 2026. Seal in an envelope marked: Tender Number: 13/2026, Closing Date: 30 June 2026, Time: 11h00, and your company name. Deposit in the locked tender box at Legal Aid House, 29 De Beer Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, 2001. Requirements: All annexures must be completed in full, with clear numbering and marked attachments. Tender forms must be handwritten in black ink (no mechanical devices). No electronic submissions (email, fax, etc.) accepted. Proposals must remain valid for 150 days. Non-compliance with submission format, numbering, or instructions risks disqualification.

• Your offer must be valid for five months. • Provide three contactable references with: initials and surname, telephone/cell number, email address, and company name (if applicable).

• Submit the completed bid by the closing date and time. • Required returnable documents: - Completed Request for Proposal. - Completed and signed SBD documents (SBD1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1). - Original or certified valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; joint ventures must submit a consolidated certificate. - CSD report with the bid or provide CSD registration number. - Municipal and/or electricity account statement not older than two months from tender closing date. - Latest CSD reports for all parties (agent, landlord, joint venture partners). • Disqualification risks: - Failure to submit a copy of the title deed as proof of property ownership. - If acting as an agent, failure to provide a signed letter or relationship agreement detailing responsibilities from the building owner, together with the title deed. - Non-compliance with the above will result in the bid not being evaluated further.

Navigate via: Do Business → Bidding Opportunities → Tenders → Current Tenders. • Submit bids by 12:00 on Wednesday, 01 July 2026. • Bids must be sealed in an envelope clearly marked with the bid number and title. • Place the sealed envelope in the bid box at the Supply Chain Management Unit, Finance Building, Queen Street, Knysna, by the closing time and date. • Telephonic, facsimile, e-mail, and late bids will not be accepted. • Bids must remain valid for 180 days after the closing date. • The Municipality reserves the right to request an extension of the bid validity period.
