Mandatory returnables: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1 (fully completed and signed), Pricing Schedule/Quotation (with cost breakdown, firm and unconditional, including VAT and annual CPI-linked escalation), CSD Registration Report. Mandatory certifications: Corporate or individual membership with Association for Fraud Examiners (ACFE) or equivalent; Corporate Certificate as a Certified Hotline Service Provider by The Ethics Institute (TEI). Non-mandatory: Valid B-BBEE Certificate (SANAS-accredited) or Sworn Affidavit (for EME/QSE). Bidders who fail to submit any mandatory requirement will be disqualified. Do not modify or reproduce the pricing schedule.

Submit all RFQ responses via email to [email protected]. Late submissions will be rejected. Complete and sign all Annexures (Standard Bidding Documents and mandatory evaluation documents). Collusive bidding or multiple submissions from entities with common directors/shareholders will result in disqualification. Only CSD-registered suppliers will be considered. If not contacted within 14 working days of RFQ closure, consider the proposal unsuccessful. Prohibition: Do not offer gifts, hospitality, or benefits to RAF officials. Report any solicitation to the RAF fraud line at 0800 005919 or risk being blacklisted from conducting business with all Organs of State.
