The breathing simulator with all accessories shall have on-site comprehensive warranty for 2 years from commissioning, with optional extensions of 3 and 5 years quoted separately.
The supplier shall attend any breakdown within 2 days of reporting.
Manufacturing and assembly must be completed within 30 weeks after issuance of the purchase order; delivery at CSIR Cottesloe, Johannesburg.
Installation and commissioning at CSIR Self-contained Self-rescuer laboratory, 2 Frost ave, Braamfontein Werf, Johannesburg, South Africa.
