Pricing: complete the electronic pricing schedule on the eSupplier portal; no paper schedules accepted. Prices in ZAR inclusive of VAT. Deviation from the prescribed pricing format may lead to disqualification.
Mandatory returnable documents: SBD 1, Section 7 attendance certificate, proof of certifications, electronic pricing schedule, Section 5 Declaration, Section 6 Specific Goals Claim Form, Section 8 POPI consent. Missing any mandatory document at closing results in disqualification.
Tax compliance: valid SARS TCS PIN or CSD number required. CSD registration mandatory (except foreign suppliers with no local entity). B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required for Specific Goals scoring (20 points).
