Municipal rates: rates statement not older than three months showing no arrears beyond three months, plus rates statements for directors' properties; alternatively a valid lease agreement or Finance Department confirmation of non-liability.
Pricing and compliance: documents completed by hand in black ink on the original forms, the pricing schedule total must match the front-page bid price, certified copies must be no older than six months, and all MBD 1 to MBD 9 and Annexures A to F must be completed in full.
