• Scope: Provide Health and Safety in Forestry Environment Training Level 1 for Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife (EKZNW) participants across three regions: Coast (27 learners), Ukhahlamba (85 learners), and Zululand (200 learners).
• The training course must cover at least these topics: general safe working practices and procedures, commitment to safety, preventative measures, hazard recognition/evaluation/control, workplace inspections, and Occupational Health and Safety Committees.
• The training delivery must combine classroom setting, practical sessions, and written assessment.
• The methodology must incorporate multiple learning methodologies, effective adult learning principles, with a 70% practical and 30% classroom approach.
• The service provider must provide learner guidance and support, certificates of competence, statements of results, and a completed training attendance register.
• Certificates must be printed on A4 premium paper and laminated.
• The service provider must upload learners into the relevant C/SETA database and facilitate quality assurance and certification by the relevant ETQA.

• Additionally, submit three (3) CVs of experienced training personnel, along with proof of their valid registration as assessors or moderators from an approved body. Failure to provide these will result in disqualification.

• Payment terms: EKZNW will pay 70% of the quoted amount upon delivery of training and receipt of confirmation of registration with CETA/SETA. The remaining 30% will be paid upon submission of the statement of results and certificates.
