• Scope: Full servicing and maintenance of fire safety equipment at Johannesburg Water's Head Office, Turbine Hall, Newtown.
• The work involves servicing the equipment listed in the provided Fire Equipment Register, which includes:

• Various types of fire extinguishers (CO2, Dry Powder, Liquid Wet Chemical) in different weights (2kg, 4.5kg, 5kg, 9kg).
• Fire hydrants and fire hose reels.
• Equipment is located across multiple floors: Basements, Ground Floor, First, Second, Third Floors, Roof Top, IT Store, and Entrance areas.

• The service provider must provide a service certificate and an updated fire register upon completion of the service.

• To score points for experience, provide a list of similar past projects for servicing fire extinguishers and hose reels.
• Supporting reference letters must be dated, on company letterhead, and from contactable clients.
• Experience is scored based on duration: >6 years (20 points), 5-6 years (15), 3-4 years (10), 1-2 years (5), less than 1 year (0).
