• Scope: Appoint a Microsoft Licensing Reseller or Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider located in South Africa to supply and support Microsoft 365 E5 licenses and related products for 4 months.
• Quantities: 150 Microsoft 365 E5 licenses, 6 Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Accounts, 5 Visio Plan 2 licenses, 10 Planner and Project Plan 3 licenses.
• Deliverables: Supply all specified licenses and provide implementation, configuration, and maintenance support.
• Support: As-and-when required for 4 months; BANKSETA reserves the right to use or not use planned support hours.
• Flexibility: Provider must allow BANKSETA to increase, add, decrease, or reduce license counts as required.
• Location: Services to be provided at BANKSETA head office, Eco Origin Office Park, Building C2, 349 Witch-Hazel Ave, Centurion.
• Key requirement: Bidder must submit proof of being a Microsoft Licensing Reseller or Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider (or authorised indirect reseller). Failure to provide proof leads to disqualification.
