2. National Treasury Central Supplier Database number.
3. Valid SARS Tax Compliance Pin Number letter.
4. Duly completed and signed SBD 4 (Bidder’s Declaration).
5. Duly completed and signed SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form).

• No queries are allowed 12 hours prior to the closing date.
• The Independent Development Trust reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this RFQ without prior notification.

Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and have a valid SARS Tax Compliance Pin. They must submit the compulsory SBD 4 (Bidder's Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form) declarations. Bidders listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or Restricted Suppliers are automatically disqualified. The procurement follows the 80/20 preference point system (price vs. specific goals).

• Quote must be a total price inclusive of VAT.
• Quoted price must remain valid for at least 30 days after the closing date of the RFQ.
