Mandatory returnable documents (non-submission makes a bid non-responsive): SARS confirmation with a verification pin, company registration/founding statement/CIPC document, originally certified ID copies of managing directors or owners, MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8 and 9, CSD registration confirmation, and a billing clearance certificate or municipal account statement, affidavit, lease agreement or residential confirmation plus a declaration that the company and all active directors owe no municipal services for more than 90 days. All certifications must be within 90 days.
Pricing and exclusions: prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT for VAT vendors; no award will be made to a person or persons working for the state.
