Submission method: bids must be placed in the tender box in the foyer of the administration building, greater taung local municipality, before 12:00 on the closing date. The envelope must be clearly marked with the contract number and description, addressed for the attention of the municipal manager. Tenders may be couriered but must be in the box before the deadline; faxed or emailed bids are not accepted. IT is the bidder's responsibility to ensure the document is in the box before closing time. Tender documents are available from 27/08/2026, either purchased at the office, from the municipal cashier, or downloaded from the e-tender portal (with proof of payment attached). Returnable forms include sbd 4 (declaration of interest), sbd 8 (past SCM practices), sbd 9 (independent bid determination), and sbd 6.2 (Local production declaration) where applicable. The tender validity period is 90 days.
