Pre-deployment checks: criminal checks not older than 3 months (renewed annually), medical fitness assessments, ESKOM induction, and signed declaration of secrecy are mandatory before any officer is deployed. All-inclusive pricing: contract price must cover all equipment, vehicles, firearms, ammunition, uniforms, body-worn cameras, PPE (level 3 protection), and operational expenses; NO startup costs or additional charges permitted.
