• Demonstrated ipp experience and financial capability • ability to finance, build, operate and maintain renewable energy facilities • compliance with all municipal, nersa and grid-connection requirements

• CIDB contractor grading 2ep or higher • valid department of labour electrical wireman’s licence • BBBEE certificate (eme/qse)

- Bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. Late bids will not be accepted. - All bids must be submitted on the official forms provided (not to be re-typed) or in the manner prescribed in the bid document. - The bid document and the contract document must be completed and returned in their entirety together with the necessary supporting information. - Submit bids in printed format: 1 original and 1 copy. - Bids must be sealed in clearly marked envelopes/packages indicating which is “original” and which is “copy”. - Mark envelopes/packages with the tenderer’s name and contact details, tender reference number, and tender description. - Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued. - Bids submitted after the closing date and time will not be accepted. - Bid envelopes must have the bidder’s return address on the outside. - Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, or e-mailed tenders will not be accepted. - The bid register must be completed when submitting/depositing the tender document. Ensure the person delivering the tender document is aware of this. The register requires the name of the tendering entity and the name and contact details of the person at the tendering entity. - Submit bids during working hours monday to friday, as there may not be anyone available to receive bids outside working hours.

• Replacement of 113 air conditioners • supply and installation of air conditioners • commissioning of air conditioners

- Strict adherence to eskom’s life-saving rules (zero tolerance for violations, disciplinary action applies). - Pre-task risk assessments and permit-to-work (ptw) mandatory for high-risk activities (e.g., Electrical work, work at heights). - Compliance with eskom’s PPE specifications (e.g., Face shields, insulated gloves, fall arrest systems). - Contractors must ensure all personnel are trained, medically fit (where applicable), and authorized for tasks. - Immediate removal of any employee violating life-saving rules from site and disciplinary action within 5 working days. - Follow electrical safety protocol: open, isolate, test, earth, bond, and/or insulate before touch. - Work at heights requires approved fall arrest systems, medical fitness, and risk assessments.
