Scope: Provide Power Pallet Truck training for 10 personnel in accordance with Appendix 1, Code F12 of the Driven Machinery Regulations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Training covers first-time users and existing operators. Venue: iThemba LABS Cape Town facility. Training facilities and the power pallet truck will be provided by iThemba LABS. Trainer must supply own training aids, materials, and stationery. Deliverables: Training for 10 personnel, certificates for 10 personnel, travel and accommodation if applicable. Service provider must be approved/accredited for this training. Trainer CV must be submitted.

Training delivered at iThemba LABS Cape Town facility using iThemba LABS training facilities and power pallet truck. Trainer provides own training aids, materials, and stationery. Training covers first-time users and operators per Driven Machinery Regulations Appendix 1, Code F12.
