• Failure to complete the table in paragraph 2.12 in full will result in no points being awarded for specific goals.
• Calculation errors in claiming points will result in disqualification from claiming specific goals.
• Failure to submit the correct SBD 6.1 form as issued by Umalusi will result in disqualification from claiming specific goals.
• Umalusi will use the Central Supplier Database (CSD) to verify points claimed.

The tender is open to entities that can demonstrate specific goal qualifications (SMME, Black-owned, Youth-owned, Women-owned, or Disability-owned). Verification will be conducted via CSD or submitted documentary evidence.

• B-BBEE/Specific Goals Documentation:

• Disability: Must attach a certified copy or original doctor's letter/certificate confirming the disability.
• Female/Youth/Black Ownership: Umalusi will utilize the Central Supplier Database (CSD) for verification, unless ownership is held by a trust, in which case alternative proof must be provided.

Bidders must not be listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or the List of Restricted Suppliers (automatic disqualification applies). No directors, trustees, shareholders, members, partners, or persons with controlling interest may be employed by the state unless properly disclosed. Bidders must have no undisclosed relationships with employees of uMalusi (the procuring institution). Bidders must not have any interest in other related enterprises bidding for this contract unless disclosed. The bidder must not have been involved in drafting the specifications or terms of reference for this bid.
