Service providers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), provide proof of municipal rates being current (not in arrears >90 days) for company and directors/owners/shareholders, or provide valid lease agreement if leasing office space, and submit required MBD forms. Tenderers must quote as per specifications and submit physical tender documents to the specified address by the deadline.
