Vaal central water is seeking to appoint a maximum of four travel management companies to provide comprehensive travel and accommodation management services for a period of three years. The services include air travel, vehicle rental, train and bus travel, accommodation, conference facilities, shuttle services, and 24-hour service related to travel and accommodation.
Bidders must submit a completed SBD 1 form, signed SBD 4 form, and SBD 6.1 form.
Bidders must obtain a minimum of 70 points out of 100 points for functionality to qualify for further evaluation.
Bidders must provide a valid tax compliance status PIN letter issued by the South African Revenue Services and be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database.
Bidders must have a valid municipal services clearance certificate, a current bill of account not owing more than 90 days, or a valid lease agreement with a current statement from the lessor not owing more than 90 days.
Bidders must provide a bank statement showing at least a credit balance of R150 000 or a letter of commitment to provide funding from a financial service provider.
