The mine health and safety council (mhsc) is requesting information for the automation of its supply chain management (SCM) RFQ and tender processes. The automated SCM system should cover the full lifecycle of RFQ and tender processes, from demand planning through to contract award and management.
Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email to [email protected] with a maximum attachment size of 150MB.
Bidders must provide a technical proposal and a pricing proposal (SBD 3) as part of their submission.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and comply with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) and the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022.
A non-compulsory briefing session will be held on 26 August 2026 at 10H00 via Microsoft Teams meeting.
