Completed quotations in sealed envelopes endorsed "Quotation No. Q2026/08: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 2X GAZEBO AND 14 BANNERS" must be deposited in the Municipality's tender box at the Reception, Amajuba District Municipality, B9356 Amajuba Road, Section 1, Madadeni, before the closing time. Envelopes that are not sealed or correctly numbered will not be considered. Late, emailed, or quotations not deposited in the tender box will be rejected.

Returnable documents (all must be completed, signed, and submitted):

• MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest): discloses any connection to persons in the service of the state.
• MBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim): claims specific goals points under the 80/20 system.
• MBD 8 (Declaration of Bidder's Past Supply Chain Management Practices): declares any past abuse, fraud, or contract failures.

• Gender = Female: 5 points (verify with ID copies/CSD report).
• Disability: 2 points (verify with medical certificate).
• Promotion of enterprises located in Amajuba District: 5 points (verify with municipal rates/charges or CSD report).

Failure to submit proof for claimed specific goals means those points are not awarded.

Supply and delivery of:

• 2x Steel gazebos, 3m x 3m, dye sublimated for longer lifespan, supplied with mechanism and bag, printed full colour on all 4 sides of hood only.
• 6x Executive pull-up banners, supplied complete with mechanism, bag, and printed full colour on grey non-curl PVC banner.
• 6x Telescopic banners (rectangular shaped, 4m high), digital dye sublimation single sided, includes full colour print, poles, bag, and ground spike.
• 2x Stage/Wall banners, 3x2.25m, dye sublimated for longer lifespan, printed full colour with no joins, supplied complete with bag and mechanism.

Pricing must be submitted on the Bill of Quantity provided, with unit prices and totals before VAT and VAT amount. No other pricing schedule details are specified.

The successful bidder will be required to sign a written contract form (MBD 7). The contract is subject to the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and any special conditions.
