• Submit sealed bids clearly marked 'TENDER 8/2/1/UMH1607-25/26'. • Place bids in the Bid Box at Stores and Procurement, Alton, Richards Bay, before 12:00 noon on 30 June 2026. • Include tenderer details and return address on the back of the sealed envelope for potential returns. • Only tender documents purchased from uMhlathuze Municipality will be evaluated. • Late submissions or bids not placed in the tender box by the deadline will be disqualified. • Council does not accept responsibility for late delivery by courier services or other means.

• Submit both a hard copy and a soft copy (on DISC or USB) of the completed tender document.\n• Place the tender document and all supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked with Tender No 60/2025 and the full description: 'Appointment of a panel of five (5) service providers for supply and delivery of MGB 240 litre two-wheeled wheelie bins to JB Marks Local Municipality, Waste Management Section on an as and when required basis for three years'.\n• Deliver the sealed envelope to the Tender Box in Room 315, Third Floor, Municipal Buildings, Dan Tloome Complex, corner of Sol Plaatjie Avenue and Wolmarans Street, Potchefstroom, or post to PO Box 113, Potchefstroom, 2520.\n• Closing deadline: 12:00 pm on 02/06/2026. No late, fax, or email submissions will be accepted.\n• Mandatory returnables: Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and certified copies of directors'/owners' identity documents.\n• Must register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) at https://secure.csd.gov.za.\n• Use only the official tender document issued by the Municipality.\n• All prices must be VAT inclusive.
