The Siyancuma Local Municipality does not bind itself to accepting the lowest bid. 10 Registration on Accredited Supplier Database It is expected of all prospective service providers who are not yet registered on the Central Supplier Database to register online (www.csd.gov.za). The Siyancuma Local Municipality reserves the right not to award proposals to prospective suppliers who are not registered on the CSD (Central Supplier Database).
