Crew ratios: Scaffolding (1:2: Charge Hand, Fixer, Assistant), Painting (1:3: Gritblaster, Painter, Pot Operator, Assistant), Insulation (1:3: Sheetmetal Worker, Sheetmetal Applicator, Assistant). Defective scaffold materials must be removed from site. Specialist scaffolding requires design approval by a registered structural engineer. Safety harnesses mandatory during erection/dismantling.
