Bidders must be accredited by RMI Miwa or OEM, and for engine repairs, ARA accredited. They cannot be in the service of the state (per Regulation 44 of SCM Regulations). Only those who purchase tender documents from the municipality and attend the site visit are eligible.

• Service providers must have an operational workshop located within the City of uMhlathuze municipal area. Proof of address and ownership/lease agreement must be submitted with the bid.
