Stage 3 – Price and Specific Goals: 80/20 preference point system applies (bids > R2,000 up to R50,000,000). Price = 80 points, Specific Goals = 20 points. Specific Goals: Black woman ownership (10 points) – SANAS approved certificate or commissioned affidavit: 70-100% = 10, 51-69.99% = 5, 30-50.99% = 2, <30% = 0. Quantities are for evaluation only; PPECB may order as required and will consolidate orders where possible. Items: 30 Bluetooth headsets with microphone and USB dongle – must connect to HP laptops, have noise cancellation, use headset microphone (not laptop speaker), discrete hidden boom arm, 2-year warranty, 7-14 day lead time, cost-effective (not premium). Samples must be submitted on request; non-compliant headsets are non-responsive. 30 tablet covers – 15 for Galaxy Tab A8 and 15 for Galaxy Tab A9+ (TUFF-LUV Armour Jack Rugged Case or equivalent). 15 wireless keyboard and mouse combos (GoFreetech or equivalent). 30 wireless mice (GoFreetech 1600DPI Black GFT-M003 or equivalent). 20 HDMI cables, 1 meter black. 50 stylus pens (Targus 2-in-1 Pen Stylus for touchscreens, black). 25 screen protectors for A8 and 25 for A9+ (TUFF-LUV 2.5D Tempered Glass or equivalent). C-Type wall adaptor and charging cable (1.0m) for Samsung tablets (fast charge). 20 backpack laptop bags (Port Designs Eco Chicago EVO Expandable 16-inch, eco-friendly). 50 HP power cables 65w AC adapter (30 C-Type, 20 Pin Type). All headsets will be tested for audio and microphone functionality through the headset.

PPECB will consolidate requirements and place orders in bulk rather than for individual items, except in exceptional circumstances. Quantities stated are for evaluation purposes only; PPECB reserves the right to place orders as and when required over the three-year period.

Pricing schedule (SBD 3.2) must be completed with total inclusive cost, VAT, and total inclusive of VAT. A price breakdown for the total cost is required. Successful bidder is responsible for all work, materials, tools, equipment, and property issued in connection with the RFQ. PPECB is not liable for bidder response preparation costs. PPECB's decision on acceptance/non-acceptance is final and not obliged to furnish reasons. PPECB may accept a quotation other than the lowest, refuse non-conforming quotations, request further information after closing, cancel the RFQ or any part, award to one or more suppliers, or not award at all.
