Submit bids in a sealed envelope with the bid number and subject marked on the front, and your return address on the reverse. Deliver before the closing date and time specified in the bid documents. Late bids will not be considered. Use only official Transnet bid forms/formats; non-compliance may disqualify your bid. Complete all sections legibly in non-erasable ink. If additional space is needed, submit extra information on company letterhead, cross-referenced in the RFX. Late or incomplete submissions will be disqualified. Each envelope must include a USB flash drive with the submission. Submit completed quotations in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with 'Quotation No. GMQ085/25-26'. Deliver to the tender box at George Municipality, Fifth Floor, Directorate: Financial Services, Supply Chain Management Unit, Civic Centre, York Street, George by 12:00 on 08 May 2026. Late, unmarked, posted, faxed, or emailed submissions will be disqualified. Quotations will be opened at 12:05 on the same day in the Committee Room. Quotation documents cost R67.85 (non-refundable) from the Supply Chain Management Unit or are available free on www.george.gov.za.
