• Submit bid by hand delivery only to: PRASA regional office foyer area, 65 masabalala yengwa avenue, kwazulu-natal. • Closing date: 13 august 2026 at 12:00 pm. Late bids will not be considered. • Bids must be submitted on the official forms provided (not retyped) and in the prescribed manner. • Enclose the bid in a sealed envelope. • Mandatory returnable documents must be submitted; failure will result in disqualification. • Sign the tender submission register; if not, you must prove submission was on time. • Complete all boq line items. • Do not include documents or references to other quotations; any additional conditions must be in an accompanying letter. • Attempts to canvass PRASA officials between closing and award will lead to disqualification.

Alternative offers will not be considered. - Bid validity period: 120 days from closing date. - Required returnable documents: • form of offer and acceptance (fully completed and signed). • Sbd 1 (part a and b). • Sbd 4 (declaration of interest, fully completed and signed). • Sbd 6.1 (Preference point claim, fully completed and signed). • Compulsory enterprise questionnaire (completed and signed). • Proof of registration on the national treasury central supplier database (csd). • Valid CIDB grading certificate (3me or higher for mechanical engineering class of works). • Protection of personal information act (popia) consent form. • Certified copy of valid qualification in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. • Certified ID copy of the technician who will carry out the work. • Minimum of three (3) written, contactable project references (client name, contract value, term, contact person, and details). • Complete priced bills of quantities and final summary. • Resolution to sign (if applicable). • Declaration of employees of the state or state institutions. • Company profile, list of resources, plant, machinery, and additional capacity. • List of projects where bids are pending or litigation is involved. • Joint venture agreement (if applicable).

Bids must comply with eskom’s infrastructure policy for procurement and delivery management (clause 6.2.5.1). All tenderers' names will be published on eskom’s tender bulletin within 10 days of submission.
