Services: Professional Tenders

Submit the following returnable documents: Signed and dated CVs for key personnel with at least 5 years’ experience in turbine plants. Include qualifications and sufficient experience evidence. Only the first 20 CVs will be considered for scoring. Each CV must be signed by the specific individual with their name, designation, and date.

This document is a Scope of Work (SOW) for the Valves Services Contract and does not contain submission guidelines, bid closing dates, or returnable document requirements. Bidders must obtain the formal tender invitation document for submission requirements.

• Submit your bid online via the National Treasury eTender portal (www.etenders.gov.za). No physical submissions are accepted. • Deadline: 30 July 2026 at 11:00. Late bids will not be considered. • Ensure your bid is fully completed, dated, and signed in black ink. Initial every page. • Include all required returnable documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, fully completed pricing schedule, B-BBEE certificate/affidavit, business registration certificate, CSD Compliance History Report, and SARS Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number. • Bids can be disqualified for incomplete information, fraudulent submissions, non-compliance with mandatory requirements, false declarations, or being listed on the National Treasury restricted supplier database. • All costs for bid preparation are for the bidder's account. • Do not contact any WRC staff other than the designated SCM contacts for queries.

• Submit all required documents via the OBP E-Procurement portal only. No email submissions will be accepted.\n• Register your company in advance on the OBP E-Procurement portal (link available on the OBP website under Supply Chain).\n• Upload all company documents, proposals, and additional requirements with your bid application.\n• OBP reserves the right to use, verify, or disclose submitted information for public data aggregation (without identifying parties) and may cancel or withdraw the RFI at any time.\n• Bidders waive all claims against OBP for any disclosure of information.

• Submission method: Use OBP's E-Procurement portal only. No email submissions accepted. • Portal registration: All bidders must register in advance on the NEW OBP E-Procurement portal via the official OBP website under supply chain. • Required uploads: All company documents, proposed submissions, and additional requirements must be uploaded with your bid application. • Submission deadline: 02 July 2026 at 15:00. • Returnables: Submit a concise presentation packet containing a written response to all Vendor Questionnaire items (Sections A–D) and case studies/reference sheets for similar industrial solar/hybrid deployments. • Disqualification risks: Failure to register on the portal, submit via email, or meet the deadline may result in non-consideration.

• Submit all required company documents, proposed submissions, and additional requirements via the OBP E-Procurement portal only. No email submissions will be accepted. • Register your company in advance on the OBP E-Procurement portal (link available on the official OBP website under Supply Chain). • Upload all documents with your bid application once login credentials are approved. • Attend the compulsory site briefing at OBP Offices, 100 Old Soutpan Road, Onderstepoort, 0110, on or before 25 June 2026 at 12:00. • Submit one (1) original bid document plus one (1) memory stick (USB) containing a duplicate of the original submission. • Deliver to: The Procurement Manager, NERSA, Kulawula House, 526 Madiba Street, Arcadia, Pretoria. • The original bid must be fully completed and/or signed in ink. Do not retype or convert the document to word format; it may be completed in ink. • Submit the memory stick sealed in a closed envelope. • The sealed outer envelope must be marked with: Bid number NERSA/2627/ICT/MSH/BID009, closing date and time (13 July 2026 at 11:00), and the bidder's name and address. • Bids received in an unsealed envelope may be disqualified. • Sign the tender register at reception when dropping off the bid; arrive timeously. • Late bids will not be considered. The tender box is locked at exactly 11:00; official Telkom time (Dial 1026) is used. • Bids sent via post are deemed received only upon arrival at NERSA premises after the closing time. • Documents submitted on time will not be returned. • Returnable documents include: CV as part of the bid proposal.

- Submit quotations electronically to [email protected] before the closing date and time (29 June 2026 at 11:00). - Use official forms only (SBD 4 and SBD 6.1). Do not retype or alter these forms. - Quotations must be on company letterhead, include contact details, quote number, and be duly signed. - Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. - Submissions sent to the wrong email address will be disqualified. - Validity period: Quotations must remain valid for 30 days from the closing date. - Ensure all required supplier information (e.g., VAT number, Tax Compliance Status PIN, CSD number) is provided. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. - All quotations must be submitted on the official forms (not to be retyped).

Required returnable documents must be included with the submission. Failure to include all specified documents may result in disqualification.

• Submit a sealed envelope clearly marked with quotation number Q 2026/047 and description. • Deposit the envelope in the official tender box at Cape Winelands District Municipality, 29 Du Toit Street, Stellenbosch. • Deadline: 11:00 on Wednesday, 01 July 2026. • Complete all documents in black ink only. Corrections must also be in black ink and signed. • Documents with correction fluid (e.g., Tippex) will be disqualified. • Submit the complete original document; missing pages result in disqualification. • Ensure you are registered on both the CWDM Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database. • Telexed, faxed, or emailed submissions are not accepted. • Do not contact the Municipality from bid opening until contract award. Any additional information must be submitted in writing. • Use only the official forms provided; do not re-type documents.
