Tenders must submit their bids electronically via eskom's e-tendering site by the stipulated closing date and time. The submission must include all required returnable documents, such as annexure a (authorisation form), annexure b (acknowledgement form), and annexure h (sbd 1 invitation to bid). Failure to submit any of these documents may result in disqualification. The tenderer is responsible for ensuring that the submission is complete and received by ESKOM before the closing time.
